It is reported that this address gradually withdrew 15,202 ETH (, approximately 58.82 million USD ), from the CEX to on-chain between July 21 and August 12, with an average withdrawal price of 3,869 USD. If it withdrew and hoarded at a price of 3,869 USD and now transfers to the trading platform at a price of 4,310 USD, it is expected to profit 6.7 million USD.
