(formerly MicroStrategy) has met the liquidity and market capitalization standards for S&P 500 constituents due to its holding of approximately 70 billion dollars in Bitcoin and an unrealized quarterly loss of 14 billion dollars. If included, about 500,000 shares will be purchased by passive funds, with a market capitalization of approximately 16 billion dollars. The S&P 500 committee still needs to consider volatility and industry balance comprehensively. Strategy has previously entered the Nasdaq 100, and S&P 500 may bring greater institutional recognition.
