Canton Network is a public blockchain network focused on institutional-grade applications, with its highly configurable privacy protection mechanism as its core feature. Its on-chain tokenized assets are massive, and its proven institutional-grade scale synchronizes previously siloed systems with the configurable privacy and control needed to unlock asset liquidity in the tradfi and crypto ecosystems. Managed by the Canton Foundation and with participation from global financial institutions, Canton enables real-time, secure synchronization and settlement across multiple asset classes on a shared, interoperable infrastructure. Originally developed by Digital Asset, the network is now open-source, powered by its native token, Canton Coin, and supports decentralized governance and collaborative application development.
