Coca-Cola is reportedly considering selling the UK coffee brand Costa.

On August 23, Jin10 reported that Coca-Cola has hired investment banks to assist in evaluating the possibility of selling its UK coffee chain Costa Coffee. The Atlanta-based beverage giant has commissioned Lazard to assess various options and explore market interest in this business, which was acquired in 2018 for £3.9 billion. It is said that Coca-Cola has had preliminary contact with some potential buyers, including private equity firms. Sources indicate that it is still uncertain whether the deal will go through, and Coca-Cola may ultimately choose not to sell.
