I proposed to Azerbaijani President Aliyev to engage in joint consultations on signing the agreed peace agreement draft." The day before, Pashinyan had stated that he issued clear instructions to the Armenian Ministry of Defense not to violate the ceasefire agreement. Pashinyan emphasized that Armenia is moving towards peace, not war.

Of course, Armenia can do nothing against Azerbaijan, because they have Turkey behind them. And Russia cannot get involved there, as it fears both Turkey and China. And no Americans will help it ).
