For blockchain technology to achieve true practical application, the key lies in how many users can be supported simultaneously. However, the development of Solayer also faces challenges. The 12.74% token unlock in December 2026 may put pressure on the market; in addition, the implementation of hardware solutions requires close coordination with chip manufacturers, which is much more difficult than pure software solutions. Nevertheless, if Solayer succeeds, it has the potential to redefine Blockchain performance standards and bring diversified applications such as payments, AI, and the Internet of Things to the Solana ecosystem, making $LAYER an important passport to enter this ecosystem.
