Elon Musk linked Dogecoin company has started acquisitions

CleanCore Solutions announced yesterday that it has started its Dogecoin treasury strategy by purchasing 285 million 420 thousand Dogecoin. Following this purchase worth 68 million dollars, the company has risen to the position of "the largest Dogecoin treasury company."

Following the announcement of the acquisition, the company's shares traded on the NYSE under the abbreviation ZONE finished the day with an increase of over 40%. According to figures reported by Yahoo Finance, the company's current market value is over 50 million dollars.

The company, established with the belief that the use of Dogecoin is increasing, and which will carry out its operations under the management of House of Doge, the corporate branch of the Dogecoin Foundation, also stated that it wants to acquire an additional 1 billion DOGE over the next 30 days.

Marco Margiotta, both the investment manager of CleanCore and the CEO of House of Doge, stated regarding the acquisition, "The use case for Dogecoin will continue to grow and will turn into a broader adaptation. Our treasury strategy will align with this as well."

House of Doge had announced its partnership with CleanCore last week. The company was led by Alex Spiro, who is Elon Musk's personal lawyer and won the $200 billion Dogecoin lawsuit against Musk. The company had received an investment of $175 million from various investors to create a Dogecoin treasury.
