The digital asset trading company Keyrock has acquired Turing Capital of Luxembourg for 27.8 million USD, while also establishing an asset management and personal assets division under the leadership of CEO Jorge Schnura.

This deal helps Keyrock expand its service portfolio for institutional investors and high-net-worth clients, amid the company's efforts to strengthen its operations in the US and comply with the EU's MiCA regulatory framework.

The acquisition of Turing Capital allows Keyrock to integrate additional asset management and organizational services, targeting high-net-worth clients. Under the leadership of Jorge Schnura, this department expands Keyrock's scope of operations, offering services from liquidity provision to long-term investment. CEO Kevin de Patoul and Strategy Director Juan David Mendieta emphasize compliance with the new regulatory framework, particularly MiCA.

On LinkedIn, Jorge Schnura claims that all future assets will be put on-chain, laying the foundation for a blockchain-based fund development strategy.
