PANews, September 12, news, according to Downdetector, Telegram has recently encountered a large number of user reports of issues, with main problems including website inaccessibility, app crashes, abnormal server connections, and message sending failures. Some users have reported that log in verification, real-time translation, and multimedia download functions are still affected, and the issues have persisted for several days. Downdetector data shows that website-related issues account for 68%, app problems account for 20%, and server connection issues account for 11%. Telegram has not yet released any updates on the repair progress.
