Gate US has officially obtained a Money Transmitter License (MTL) in Pennsylvania. With this latest approval, the total number of state-level MTLs held by Gate US has increased to 33, expanding its compliant operational footprint to 45 U.S. jurisdictions and further strengthening its regulatory presence in the United States.

Prior to securing this license, Gate US had already established compliant operations in multiple states, including Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin, delivering regulated and stable digital asset services in accordance with applicable state-level requirements. The addition of Pennsylvania further enhances its service coverage and compliance foundation within the U.S. market.
